Customer agrees that Predictive Company Limited may disclose Customer as a client. If Customer prefers not to participate in such activities, they may opt-out by providing written notice.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Predictive Company Limited, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, without regard to conflict of law principles.
